What do I wear to my appointment?
We recommend exercise wear that allows a full range of motion. Avoid baggy clothes. Plan to work bare foot.
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
We require 24 hour notification for cancellations and appointment changes. Appointments without proper notice are forfeited.

What are my payment options?
We accept cash and check payments. There will be a $30 charge for each returned check. Packages must be paid in full prior to the first appointment. |
